An order is eligible for return within 2-3 working days from the date of delivery.

Return and exchange are not applicable in the following cases:

• Material / Fabric is not satisfactory.
• Slight variations in color.
• Size does not fit.
• Colors have faded after washing.

Return and exchange are only applicable in the following cases:

• If you received a manufacturer defective product.
• If you received a product with a totally wrong color or design.

Steps for an exchange:

Customers must raise a return request by sending an email to trendingwholesalesarees@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 93841 43312 with the order details, return reason, unboxing video, and price tag.

All of the above are mandatory to accept the return request. Providing an unboxing video of the product showing the damage or defect is compulsory.

Our customer support team will analyze the return request and approve it within 1-2 working days.

Once a return is approved, the item must be packed and shipped to the following address:

Once your product reaches our office, our customer support team will inform you via email or WhatsApp. Then, an exchange can be done with other products, and we will ship the new product without any charges.

We do not accept returns for orders from countries outside India.

If you want to cancel your order, 2% charge will be deducted from the total amount paid when refunding.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via UPI ID or the bank account used to make the payment.

Refund is not applicable if you receive a manufacturer defective product. Exchange is only applicable in these cases.
